I created this group because in recent years the active chess players in Saskatoon have been waning and it is becoming increasingly difficult to meet players over the board. Online chess is enjoyable, but it is not a suitable replacement for a real board and person, in my opinion. All skills levels are welcome. Stronger players are willing to offer help. Not a competitive environment. We just want to have fun playing chess.
