- Hi my name is Shaun and I have been playing chess for 22 years. I love the game and I am tired of playing the computer and dont terribly like online play. I always like playing the game live. I am looking to play either on wed, thurs, or sun.
- What does chess signify for you?

Chess to me signifies a "battle" of two minds. It is to me the greatest thinking and strategy game ever. It is also for me a way to relieve stress.
- How did you learn to play chess?

I learned to play Chess from my big brother at age 8. I have been playing ever since.

- Why is chess important?

I read that playing games like chess and other puzzle games actually helps your brain grow and stay sharp. Even countries like Iceland incorpate the game into grade school curiculum. To me it is also a way to relieve stress and socialize.
- Who were the greatest chess players in History and why?

Gary Kasparov. I believe he ushered in the age of computer chess. By playing Deep Blue and Deep Junior. Both matches were televised and I beleive gave more notarity to the game.
